@EA_rephiii am on pc... i just deleted my braking point save and started over .. iam nearly there again.. ill let you know if the problem is back again

Little sidenote the game is installed in dutch language

I reinstalled the game with different language and still i have this issue.

I cant even press the pause button to quit.. I have to force close it with CTR+ALT+DEL

they dont support video files

If you are on steam could you please go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\Your User ID\2108330\remote

On PlayStation that should be under: Settings > STORAGE > [Storage device] > Saved Data > PS5 Games / PS5 Games > F1® 23

The remote folder should contain your save games. If you could upload your Breaking Point save, we could send it to the team to review it.

Could you check C:\Users\<YourName>\Documents\My Games\F1 23\savegame if that is the location where your saves are?

Hoping we get a resolution soon, I’ve been looking forward to the story mode for ages so it’s gutting not to be able to progress through it! 

Same thing as OP is happening for me on PS4
