Gotcha, so there might be a hiccup in the whole pre-order and transaction process for this one.
I am unable to check the reason on this processing status, so I would need you to ask our Advisors on this matter.

Please specify your issue with the Advisor in chat and let them know that there seems to be a processing issue with your purchase via EA App.

Oh, I edited my answer to include that I did contact support already about this... Now that your system has taken my money, I can send the lawyers too. 😉 That was a joke of course 😉 I will wait for it to be solved.
But I had to give up on pre-order items since your system failed me.
