Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. It just pops out.
What happens when the bug occurs? The error message appears and then game crashes.
What do you expect to see? I expect that this be resolved and that I can be able to play the game with mods same as before.

Since the latest update I cannot play with mods. This error pops out after a few laps:
Error reading data. Please verify the integrity of the game cache

I had no problems playing with mods before and I double checked those mods and they were all fine or up to date.

Mods aren't officially supported.

Best I can say is verify your game files as suggested then reinstall your mods. You do realise every patch update means you'll need to reinstall them?

Contact your mod provider if you're having difficulty running them.

  • Hi, thanks for the reply by the way.

Yep. Every time there is an update, I verify game files then reinstall my mods.
My issue is that all the mods I'm using (as a group or individually) causes the game to crash and show this error thus my confusion.

I've been verifying game files after every crash but still the same result. The mods I'm using are currently up to date as well.
I just wanted to check if there are others experiencing this as this error was a common issue with some users in the previous titles and also I saw some experience the same problem in F1 23.

Hi, I would like to get back to this issue of mine.

I tried playing without mods and still the crash occurs.

Please kindly assist ASAP as it's so frustrating to try even just to finish a race with all the crashing.

Simply post a dxdiag ensuring the make and model of mainboard is in your post.

Hi, I have attached my DxDiag.

Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

I recommend you download and install Samsung Magician software. Ensure your drive firmware is up to date.

Looking at the WER you have two faulting applications MSI Mystic Light and ASUS Armoury Crate. I don't recommend the use of those programs with the F1 game as they can cause instability.

You also appear to have a combase.dll error. I'm hoping that any firmware update will cure that.

https://windowsreport.com/combase-dll/ (ignore the section on Fortect, I've not vetted it).

The mainboard name is not in the dxdiag. It is some kind of ASUS board.
