Fix!

1. Install the game in the EA-App (So you could press "play")

2. Install the old origin app

3. A pop-up shows up asking you to update to the EA-App (dont press anything)
4. In the bottom-left-corner new files for F123 will be downloaded automatically 

5. After the download finished, click "Update to EA-App"
6. Then click on "repair" and then you are able to start F123 in the EA-App

@TTV_KleytenLive if nothing starts to download in the old origin app, then you probably dont have to download anything anymore. Then when the pop-up shows up, press "update to ea-app" directly and then press "repair", so basically just do the last steps

Then try to repair the EA-APP. And if its still not working, since I have never seen this issue and if theres no other solution, you probably have to reinstall the app

Re installing clearing cache all of that doesnt work on the EA app i dont know about the Origin EA Repair tho

What i did so far:

-changed date and time of windows. download got available but failed. changed date and time back. download is NOT working

-reinstalled the EA App twice with restarting the PC everytime. download button stays gray

-tried the "old origin" solution. dont work

None of the "solutions" are working for me either. This is a bug in the EA app, I don't think we can do anything to download the game at this point. They have to fix it.

i had the game downloaded from using the trial but after that ran out i redeemed a code for the champions edition and just couldnt launch it. Uninstalled it and now cant reinstall ☹️

edit: i changed the date to the 16th and its now letting me download it, not sure if itll let me launch tho we will see

@TTV_KleytenLive did you try to start the app as administrator?

@TTV_KleytenLive Then I know nothing anymore. An EA-Stuff member should know more and better

clearing the cache worked for me after getting the files from origin might be worth trying for urself

Having the same issue and it's freaking me out!
I took my 2 week holidays just in time for release and its been a week and still cant even download the game  ☹️ 

Any Update?
