Re: F1 23 Error - 'Unable to Verify File Integrity'

@GOATlewis44

If the Steam verification after removing mods didn't help, you may need to fully uninstall and reinstall the game.

You might also run through these steps too:

Thanks.

    No. You own it.

    As with your previous issue, the dxdiag will help. [WIN] & [R]dxdiag then 'Save All Information', upload the .txt file here as an attachment.

    Here it is

    The swap file usage is very high and drive C: is almost out of space (as a rule of thumb you need >10% free space otherwise issues will occur).

    WER is full of AUDIODG.EXE errors.

    I would rectify the free space issue first (uninstall at least 20GB of OTHER data) and ensure the swap file setting is set to 'Automatically manage paging file for all drives'' (Start|Settings|System|About|Advanced System Settings|(Sytstem Properties) Advanced Tab|(Performance Setings) Settings|(Performance Options) Advanced Tab)

    On a separate note PC Specialist have customised the name of your mainboard - unless you can physically see inside the case to say what it actually is there is no way of updating your mainboard UEFI without knowing what it actually is. I find this quite egregious practice - you own the machine once you've bought it and nowhere on their support pages or forum do they give any support information about it.

    I also believe they have done the same with your m.2 drive (probably SATA and it is very small) you need more storage that may also benefit from manufacturer updates unless they have done a deal with a supplier to get them cheap (i.e. no further support).

    Hi there, thanks for the help. After clearing some storage space, Steam then magically detected something wrong with the files after verifying a second time and reverted the files. So the issue is fixed and many thanks. I'm now going to delete the dxdiag for personal security reasons. Have a good day everyone
