Try the UEFI update, there is a date mismatch v.2D 24-Oct-22. Suggest loading setup defaults and saving if you have not done this since upgrading.

You should be able to set XMP and Secure Boot. fTPM should be enabled. HVCI can be enabled (in Windows, it will be enabled automatically on a clean install, switch it on in Device Security in Windows Defender).

Your CPU and GPU support Resize BAR

You already have the latest studio driver (536.40). Download DDU then enable the safe mode switch.

    Disconnect internet. Restart.

DDU Nvidia Driver in Safe mode, restart in normal mode.

Reinstall Nvidia Driver, rebooting as prompted.

    Connect internet.

Install the Intel DSA (probable restart)

Update any available drivers, restarting as prompted.

    Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml from your %SystemDrive%\Documents\My Games\F1 23\hardware_settings

Verify Steam files and launch the game. Good luck!

YES. It works. I followed your instructions and, yes, it is much better now. In Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia I don`t have fps drops. Only in some particular situations (at the start of the race or on certain segments of the circuit - on the finish line for example - where the scene is more complicated - i guess) fps drops for 1-2 sec. at 57-58 rarely.

In Las Vegas in the second half part of that very long (and speed) boulevard the fps drops to 55-56-57 (probably a lot of bright ads, buildings, complicated scene). In the rest of the track remains at 60.

In Qatar the fps drop to 55-58 in two-three particular segments of the track and at the Turn 6 the fps drop to 48-52 - but here I remember that in the first patches of F1 2021 & 22 I had some corners where the fps dropped like this. Later updates fixed the problem. In the rest of the track the fps is constant at 60.

In Singapore there are parts of the circuit where the fps drops to 58-55 for 2-4 seconds (it depends on the segment in the track) - but NOT like before!!! and this does not affect me.

In conclusion I observed that the fps drops at the start of the race and in some portions of the track where the scene is more complicated (like the Finish line).
Anyway, it's not like before!!! - it's much better now. It`a a big improvement. I guess if I had the game installed on SSD using Windows 11 would be even better. Thank you very much.
