Same thing happened to me on steam and they say they're having technical difficulties so go back to EA. I've opened a EA ticket and I'm having to jump through so many hoops just to prove that I've ordered it through steam I think I'm on to my 4th case and I've emailed the proof they need every time I just think that they can't solve it and they're trying to fog me off!
