Re: i preordered F1 23 Champions edition and im missing a DLC

I also have The Champions Edition and missing the Bumper Pack. XBOX Store says I only have standard edition. Was with Xbox support for an hour and they had no explanation and hung up on me. Looked at my purchase and it says I bought it but when I look for the pack it says not available separately instead of I own this. So I click on it and it directs me to upgrade to Champions Edition for $20. Okay at this point I see the bumper pack listed on the upgrade so I buy it. Download it and no bumper pack! Have reported this along with the constant crashing on my Series X but I don’t believe anyone from EA is even reading these reports. Does anyone from EA ever respond? I know have spent $100 on a game that keeps crashing and is missing content.
