- matty0blobber3 years agoNew Ace@Nicolas_SV5 Did you do the Austria events? I'm wondering if they forgot to tell people they had to do them too.
 - Nicolas_SV53 years agoSeasoned Traveler@matty0blobber I did, got the Red Bull livery and all. But anyway, they said it's only to login and you're good. I did both and nothing so far. Really disappointed as I planned to use it in career as I drive for Red Bull, it would look so nice.

 - matty0blobber3 years agoNew Ace@Nicolas_SV5 Yeh i know, only saying that because they've done events recently that failed to show that a livery/gear was an award for doing it.
Just wouldn't be surprised if it was that sort of * up thats all. - @Nicolas_SV5 I have the same problem
 - Ryan97NZ3 years agoRising Rookie@matty0blobber I loaded up the Xbox version for the first time 2 days ago and got it. It’s just for logging in but it’s very inconsistent
 Iv also not received mine. They did state just login in and it would be in the mail section but nothing appears after numerous attempts of logging in.
Why is it that only we are constantly speculating, with no official explanation?

I wish they would just include these rewards in the Events / Challenges as they did with the McLaren and Red Bull livery. That worked without any issues, the log in rewards clearly don't, so why not include everything in Events?
 I mean, some people have received it but most haven’t which is odd.
- @CiNaBiiT97 The event will end in two days, and I'm really afraid that the helmet will just disappear like that.
 I hope that doesn’t happen. Iv logged in several times and also done any challenges that could have potentially unlocked it for me and still nothing. I’m just hoping they release it for us on Monday like they did with the redbull livery
- @Nicolas_SV5 Jup exact same problem here. I reached out to their contact section and I got a total of 3 employees trying to help me. First 2 made sure I was the person that had access to the account and had to send them a verification code. 3rd person said I had to contact them trough livechat even tho that option isn't even a thing >☹️
 - @Lofwyn I got the same stupid run around so far, on to #4 employee who said he will help me get it and it does seem to be a bug of some sort.

Me too! Is frustrating asf! Really wanted this helmet, live chat doesn't work too contact them and no ones replied too my emails, looks like we're being neglected.
 @lewikeel98EA cut costs on customer care, I used to work at EA help they fire 99% of staff in Europe.
