It must be known that i also play with i fair amount of assists (traction control, abs and racing line) so i dont know if that plays a factor

- @SDC111407 It does play a factor. Imagine a scenario where you are playing against an AI that is perfectly balanced for your pace. If you use TC and ABS you will be, by default, better than that AI in braking zones and worse than that AI in traction zones. Depending on the track you would be faster or slower than the theoretical equal AI.
I'm not judging btw, I use the exact same assists. In my mind, I play a roleplaying game where I just assume that I'm better in some tracks than others like every other driver. - @SDC111407 Yeh ABS hinders you massively, if you know roughly when to break you really don't need it, It'll slow you down if you get too close to another car or wall on a straight, its actually poo.
I've turned it off recently and i've cut a second on most of my laps today.
