Re: PC Graphics very blurry despite ULTRA settings and high end PC

@AnthonyLee59 I had this happen at a short race in Bahrain. Everything was looking good but on lap 8 the horizon went foggy looking and everything in front of it had a weird smearing affect around the edges. It looked like crap and was a huge distraction. Outside of that moment with Bahrain daytime races have looked normal. My glitch seemed to be related to the time of day. As soon as the sun went below the horizon the glitch happened. The glitch happens at the same exact moment in my replay as well.

I tried running the replay with DLSS off and many other graphic settings but nothing made a difference.

I did up update my nvidia drivers to the latest before I started playing. However, the release notes made no mention of F123.
