it's not a bug!!!
Go to your audio settings
Turn "session music" to Off
it's a new feature that plays the game's music as if it's coming from the speakers around the track.

I’ve done TT on a number of different tracks now, issue only happens at COTA. Keeping session music on at other tracks is fine and the music doesn’t play when in garage or on track.Thankfully there is a workaround, so low priority
