@Kaos21It’s the start off a race you need to defend and cut off the inside line by moving over to the left. You don’t and can’t expect to take the normal racing line as the Ai will attempt to dive bomb you. They are hitting you because you are following the normal racing line and not giving them space. I’m sorry this is you fault and not the games.

This year the Ai are timid in comparison to previous years. I have no issue with Ai at any 1st corner because they will give you plenty of room. Only way they don’t is if you don’t give them room. This is not a bug

Also occurs if you do not correctly match the AI difficulty to your actual speed. If it’s set too high you are too slow and become a roadblock.

I think there is a lot wrong with the AI but these are gameplay / strategy issues and are well documented by the community.
