Your report should really have some technical detail, can I ask if it was moved here or you were able to post bypassing the template?
The pedal connection can be either RJ12 or via USB with an adapter. Updating the firmware does have pedal mode detection.
The Thrustmaster CP is able to be put into combined or separate axes. That may also have a bearing on the symptoms you are experiencing.
