I suspect you've not been looking in the right place... There is a section in F1 World called 'Goals' and I bet if you look there you'll see an 'Unlock Engineering' goal to complete.

- @Ultrasonic_77 Nope I've done like 5 or 6 races with legendary vehicle parts and I've checked there and nothing.
I don't think the parts you're using is relevant. It may just be that you need to race more before the goal will appear.
What tech level are you out of interest? The max is 1000 I believe so this will be some sort of guide as to how far through you are.
- @Ultrasonic_77 I’ve read this before and nothing changes I’ve raced multiple times with goals unlocked and a rare upgrade part still nothing.
I've just unlocked this myself without issues and it clearly should have for you by now. I had exactly one rare part equiped when it worked for me in case this was relevent. Do you happen to generally not close the game and leave your console in rest mode? It might be worth trying closing the game (via Options button over game icon on PS5 home screen) and then restarting it if you do. Sometimes this does fix this type of thing.
