Replay bug/car stuck on the grid

Issue with not saved session telemetry probably. The relays are from saved telemetry logs. Either the write permission on the PC is incorrect in some way or the telemetry is being blocked, but if AI work in a session and multiplayer seems okay I'd go with the former.

Too manifold to troubloeshoot, I suggest you set up your PC again with a clean install of windows.
