Runs fine, except no graphics

So, the game starts and runs perfectly fine, but there is no graphics, just the overlay(?). In a race, I can see the map, speed, gear and such, but not the actual racing. Menus and everything also wo...

Don't use Insider builds of Windows 11. Clearly from the dxdiag, you are.
