@Moley-10 I have the same problem. I had no SC or red flag yet and I am in middle of career mode season which sucks because I have had the exact same problem in F1 2020, 2021 surprisingly I haven't had issues in F1 22. And another point is that one of the features of this game is return of red flags but I haven't had single one in almost 40 hours playing. I think it is weirdly dependent on some save files. Because I remember that in F1 2021 in one save file I had absolutely zero SC or VSC and in the other there was one almost every race. But that's just me guessing. Weird...
