Severe screen freezes in crossplay lobbies on console - MUCH worse than F1 22

I’ve had this problem already, where the game can freeze for 10-30 SECONDS on XBOX ONE. Not only does this occur in multiplayer where it happens and your simulation freezes up, and wheel feedback pushes in one direction until lock for the duration of the freeze, but the game ALSO HAS FREEZE LAG IN SINGLEPLAYER MODES!!!!!!! this causes the whole simulation to freeze up and cause the aforementioned FFB issue.
