I was wondering what is the general impression of the users in here from what you have tried, read and seen about the game performance? Is it a mess like last year, filled with minor, major and game breaking bugs?And how is the handling model really like? Are the improvements just marketing or is it actually good? I don't mean better than 22, i mean is it good compared to other driving games?As last F1 22 is likely the worst game i have ever out money into, i sure am cautious from now on.

Very positive personal first impressions in terms of handling: finally you go out in 3rd gear (maybe even 2nd gear) from the slow corners, the brake bias has made sense again, the behaviour of the kerbs seems more linear.Furthermore, I seem to notice that several long-term bugs of F1 22 have finally been resolved, I am thinking about the AI strategies as first (at least looking at the suggested strategies), the flickering of the Delta in TT Performance Mode, etc.It’s early but simply loving it, great job EA/Codemasters! ❤️

@DechriMore predictable and realistic. When rear end breaks traction it’s a lot easier to catch it by opening up the steering. You can go maximum power in 3rd gear without wheel spin. Provided you havnt selected a stupid setup you don’t get any random snap spin. Erm can be more aggressive over kerbs.. again setup dependent. I’m using controller and no assists and whereas last year I would either have to use medium traction control on most tracks and smash flashback often. This year I havnt needed medium traction control on any track and hardly ever use a flashback..And As I’m old I do have to use auto gears it makes handling a little harder. But on pad or steering wheel with manual gears you should be flyingYou only need to go to YouTube and watch a few videos from content creators and E-Sports drivers to see what they think off it.As much as it does pain me. Limitless is often the most honest when it comes to the game and he’s loving it

It is interesting this is the 'Official' game of F1 23To play official F1 cars:You have to move from the front page to F1 world, then click all the way to the right to select Grand Prix and even then the first giant box is an F1 world race car the Official F1 23 cars are a small box on the top right. You would think the 'Official' game would have Grand Prix single race F1 23 on the front page, instead all the fake micro transaction F1 world stuff is in front of it all

@dwin20 I mean that brake bias now affects the braking itself, you can no longer put 50% fixed on the rear as in the past

@DechriThink F1 22 with 2 or more handling models, less features....online lobbies are gone, graphic glitches, and it cost more.

If ya like unlimited challenges with no tutorials showing how the system works AGAIN this might be for you!
If you want a Racing game were ya cant race ONLINE this your game!

Now because of this there should be a MAJOR update and everyone knows that means BUG OUT!

@Dechri it works but.... grafics are not great, no rain option in timetrial, huge framedrops in online games (in the 30/40fps range) makes the game terrible to play and watch. Need lots of work to make it finished/polished

@Piconeo3 Well, even if i would want the game, there is no way i would get it within the first month or two. It is sad that almost every single game is released in such a horrible state. I just can't get excited about really any game release anymore as i know there is no reason to buy any games when they are released. Prices go up and quality goes down. Better to just wait to get a game for a good discount after it has been patched. Tho some games, like f1 22, were never really patched. Just the most tracious stuff was fixed, kind of.

handling model is the same like F1 22. I don't see any changes. Still bad FFB Effects compared with another sim games like AC, ACC or AMS2. For me F1 23 is waste of money. I just want realistic car physics and better FFB Effects (more feedback from car & tires).
