Hi!When I join the game(f1 23) it gives me error "ea account required" permanently and ea app doesn't show me that I have this game. I have connected my steam account to ea, I have ea app installed, I haven't any problem with my network, I tried to re-install the game and ea app. Can you help me please?
Unplaugged USB and It resolved the problem ;/
I also tried to re-link my steam accont but it didn't help.
what happened in game when popup show to link to ea account if you press retry?
did you try to link to ea thru the game
maybe there is bug not sure

The EA account is required to be linked during game installation.
Uninstall the game and reinstall after confirming your EA account is valid and the correct Steam ID is linked to the EA account.
This is of course after confirming which platform you bought the game on. EA App and Steam are different platforms. Buy on Steam play on Steam, buy on EA, play on EA App.
If you buy on EA, Steam is not required to be linked for this game.
But it sounds like you bought on Steam?
