Two suggestions.
1. Ensure you have updated your controller firmware, the Playstation is running the latest software (not beta). Try a wire if wireless is not good.
2. There is a steering assist, check the in-game settings, try Expert where you can set the assists in the in-game menu whilst playing.
I checked the controller settings and the assists in game and reset them as well, but still nothing

Check controllers deadzone is sounds like ur dealing with abit off a drift on the left stick deadzone can sort that out for u 🙂
It’s not deadzone. I tried making the change. Same thing happened.
