hey i buyed 23 to early acces start and i cant use my steeringwheel on xbox its a hori rwo for xbox one it works everywhere else but not in 23 not a single button does anything and when i put myself into a race with controller and switch then it only scrolls down the menu would be nice to have this fixed fast or get at least some feedback what we could do

We have raised the reports with the wheels to the team, but we don't have an update yet, and this might take some time.
For the G923 we can only recommend unplugging and replugging the wheel multiple times as this seems to make it work at some point.
Further there are some FFB issues reported with some wheels, which we look into.
If we have any updates, we will get back to you.

- @EA_rephii I don’t want to pester you and I know you and your team are working hard but have you got any update on the HORI overdrive wheel issue because it’s Sunday now and it’s been almost a week since this issue has appeared

they did not even noted it in the reported bugs list under updates

@EA_rephii Hey i have just seen the post in updates named F1 23 - community-raised issues which names a few of the issues that EA and Codemasters team is looking at. As you said in this post the team Was looking at the problem with the Hori racing wheel overdrive but in the post in the investigating or resolved area the problem is not even mentioned. I know that at the end it says that just because an issue is not listed does not necessarily mean it’s been ignored, but can you guarantee us Hori users on Xbox that the problem is Being investigated or even resolved and if it Will come during the week of the 26 or Will se have to wait more time? (i hope not more than a month).- @Lorins23 No one is going to guarantee you anything but note that in that post there's a line about "Various Force Feedback issues across multiple platforms". Since there are two Hori wheels in the supported list for Xbox, if I was a Hori user, I would assume that it is included in that line of the community-raised issues and is currently being investigated.
In my opinion, all the force feedback issues for supported wheels are shared and fall into that line with the exception of Logitech wheels with Trueforce which is a whole different headache. Unfortunately, I have no expectation this will be solved in the next patch. Hopefully, I'm wrong.cuz the hori problem is like u cant even do something like pressing a button in the menu cuz it will not take any input in this game everywhere else it works and im already waiting to get this solved since early access and now i realy would like a refund so i can buy me a game that works instead of pay 100€ for a game i cant even play
- @EA_rephii So I overplayed to get the game early and I don’t get to play, I have waited a week and you’re telling me I’m gonna have to wait EVEN LONGER!? How do you guys release a game and it doesn’t even work? It’s almost a carbon copy of last years game like what the hell? I spent 120 dollars to get a game early and benefit from that and I don’t get to. I lost out on all the double xp and all you guys have said so far is “sorry, it will be a while longer before we fix it” how can a company worth 36 billion dollars do this? Do you guys test the game at all? There is bugs from the previous game still present in this one.
