We have raised the reports with the wheels to the team, but we don't have an update yet, and this might take some time.
For the G923 we can only recommend unplugging and replugging the wheel multiple times as this seems to make it work at some point.
Further there are some FFB issues reported with some wheels, which we look into.
If we have any updates, we will get back to you.

Novelty? I have this problem too and it's quite stressful, how long does it still take, this problem has been present for too long.
