@xeDy04 yep I think that's a valid point. As far as Xbox is concerned there is a major issue with Logitech but I've read TM and Fanatec users complaining too. Yet PC Youtubers are happily creating content which leads me to believe the problem has to be specific to the platform.

@EA_rephii I'm sorry but this post is not acceptable. Firmware is up to date. The wheel works flawlessly with Forza Motorsport 7, Forza Horizon 4 and 5 and Grid Legends. It also works flawlessly with Dirt Rally 2.0 which is the only game other than F1 22 I tested that supports G923 Trueforce.No other game I played with this fully firmware updated wheel prevents the game from saving, loses progress, loses FFB and is not detected on game launch or game resume.I was giving EA/Codemasters the benefit of the doubt to address this issue and was hoping that there was a day 1 patch (to Champion Edition folks it would be a day 4 patch) to address this issue and I am disappointed that this is the answer we get today.Since this isn't going to be addressed in time I will ask for a full refund and play the game for free on Game Pass in some months when I'm sure all the issues will be already addressed, even the ones that you are passing on responsibility to the players and Xbox.

Last year the "apology" was 5000XP (which actually annoyed me)I've been nothing but helpful in these forums to try to provide as much info as I could and mentioned several times the wheel is updated. I think this is a great game, I really do but I'm not getting (and starting today I will NEVER get) what I paid for so the only impact I can have is with purchases because I feel that EA/Codemasters treatment of the player base that pre-purchased and paid extra for the game and was affected by this issue is unfair. I lost faith that I'll be able to play the game with my wheel this month when I should be playing it for 4 days now.

In my opinion it's a general f123 xbox bug, because I cannot remember anyone does not have the issue with losing ffb on xbox sometime.

Hey there,

Xbox released a Known Issue regarding wheels in their June update notes:

"Some players have reported force feedback not working when using racing wheels and playing various racing games. If you continue to experience issues with force feedback, first connect your steering wheel to your PC and ensure your devices firmware is updated. Refer to your steering wheels manufacture support pages on how to properly update your firmware if you are having trouble. If the problem persists, please file feedback from your console with Report a Problem. Please include as much information as possible, including the game and the steering wheel make, model, and firmware version."

Could you please make sure that you once connected your wheel to a PC and downloaded the newest firmware update for your wheel manufacturer? Otherwise, there is an option to provide feedback to Microsoft here:

I called xbox support and they said they cant help with this said i would need to contact EA as the game developers or Thrustmaster the manafacturer of the wheel but it cant be an issue with the wheel when it works on every other racing game including f122 this is the only game with this issue where ffb is lost randomly mid race my wheel is fully updated latest drivers and firmware so the issued must be on your end

Hey there,

We are currently looking into this additionally, but I don't have any update on a fix directly for this one. We see a huge amount of FFB issues for Xbox users which could be connected to this.
If we have an update on our side, we will communicate that accordingly in our future patch notes.
