Strict Track Limits in higher Ranked divisions/A license

Agreed, especially after watching people cut Maggots & Beckett this week. The new runoff coming out of that complex means people can cut the last part of Becketts without fear of penalty

@c350Zee I have noticed that people are cutting Chapel and the Vale chicane and saving like 4-5 seconds a lap, absolutely ridiculous. Completely impossible to compete when people do this without getting any penalties.
