Nothing in patch 1.12 was intended to address the FFB issues on Thrustmaster, it's still being investigated in the Community Raised Issues thread. The loss of controller profiles is regrettable, but it has been across all platforms. 

Have you ensured your T300 is updated to the latest firmware (and rim if it's the SF-1000)? This is done on PC only. The XBox system software has been updated to address issues on XBox with Thrustmaster but I can't confirm as I don't have the hardware, neither do I have yours. Always ON fan and 75% master FFB strength is advised for T300, regardless of platform.

Have there been any updates to your PS5 system software? Have you added any other controllers? Are you running a different mode? Maybe @ScarDuck14 can shed light to see if it's "just you" or something more widespread? HTH
