Thrustmaster TS-XW Racer and pedals not working in f1 23

Thrustmaster TS-XW Racer and T-LCM pedals not working on F1 23 PC.

I have the latest drivers, firmware and everything in order. For the sake of it I tried F1 2021 and everything is working as it should. (Also other games its no problem).

I have the wheelbase in T-LCM mode.

So not to be confused with FFB issues (dont even know if I have that yet since I cant get it working at all).

I have tried all the common solutions with unplugging all devices +++

The ONLY way I get it working for a short time period is if I have the Thrustmaster Control Panel in advanced mode, open. But I have to tab out and open it AFTER i started the game. Even though control panel explicitly says you should close it down before starting your game. But even then I feel that the wheel isnt really working as it should, and the pedals still doesnt work. And if I go into the menu or something then it stops working again.

Unplugging and plugging it back in while game is running also doesnt work.

Have anyone found an actual fix / workaround to this problem? Suggestions?
