Morning mate,
If you're reffering to the setups presets available in game, I would say to you try some laps with all of them and pickup where you got the best times. There's a clear correlation with some tracks and presets (like Monaco and High Downforce) however most of the times this correlation is blurry - that's where your driving style comes in and you gotta try them.
They aren't perfect but suit well if you wanna a more relaxed playing.
Now if you want a refined setup and don't get the time to do it yourself (like me) I would recommend you https://www.youtube.com/@SimRacingSetups. These guys do a solid work with race focused setups.

- 3 years ago@dancrodrigues and @Wollcott this is how the tracks are "labeled" for the sake of completing vendor goals. Nothing related to setups or any other thing.
