Same here. I know it’s kinda implemented to be that way to be more realistic but it shouldn’t be like that on full traction control at least
to make the rear better with full tc, make sure you are running high enough rear wing. 10 or more. run 100% on throttle differential. what this does is it activates the full tc as much as possible when going full throttle. means the rear slides around less. also most corners do not have your ERS turned on as many corners if you try going full throttle out of a corner with ERS on even with full tc likely get some sliding.
last tip is try to keep streering wheel as straight as possible. the more you crank it full left or right while full throttle in the corner the more the rear will want to slide.

I've tried with same setting in each game mode. In F1 world's some modes including even Ranked A, that Traction Control "Full" works like F1 22.
