Triple Crown anniversary Livery unlock
Ok, I've done the challenge and ended up in 3rd on the podium. Now how, where and when is the Triple Crown anniversary Livery unlocked for the McLaren?

Because of the simple fact that you technically haven't completed the objective of the challenge/event yet.
The challenge and objective is to get as high score and placement on the leaderboard as possible.
As you can see in the images below it is a reward for a specific placement in the event. And as the results are being finalized at the end of the event, that's when you would get the rewards.
The fact that the livery happens to be in all of the tiers of rewards doesn't mean that you would get it instantaneous, all rewards will be delivered at the same time.

Well I completed the challenge on Saturday yet I still got nothing...
You claim your rewards via the in game e-mail system (accessed through the podium pass menu). You will have a message there where you can redeem all the rewards you've earned

I didn't get an in-game notification for this myself but found that when I checked the liveries I could choose from the McLaren livery had been added.
