Tyre Strategy Bug, 2 player career mode

I have the same issue on f2 full career. 

‌Not allowed to use the reserved tire for feature race. It occurs often in f2 full career.  In f2 full career you get 5 tires. I used harder tire in practice and softer tire in qualifying. Harder tire in sprint. So I used three. And I got the mandatory softer and harder tire left for feature race. But when feature race starts, the strategy only gives you the option of old used tires from sprint and qualifying. I am not allowed to use the harder tire that was reserved for feature race along with the softer compound. I cannot edit the strategy in any significant way. Changing tires is simply not possible.  This is very confusing, because sometimes the bug doesn't occur. For example, silverstone and baku was fine. But in imola, I am not allowed to use the 2 mandatory brand new unused harder and softter tire that I reserved for the race.. As can be seen in the image bellow.
