Can you explain what you are talking about?

Its the last option clicking all the way to the right, when changing DLSS quality settings.
Really this should be the first option next to Quality. And should be renamed to DLAA, as this is at full resolution, and gives no performance boost. Same FPS as TAA.
It looks a lot cleaner, if your system can handle it. FYI.
I pointed this out during the beta but I guess it got buried in the large pile of bug reports.
Can confirm that "Ultra Quality" is just DLAA.
In F1 22, DLAA was using the same slot that Ultra Quality is using in F1 23.F1 22:

Thanks for that!!I am not sure I would call this a solution as this doesn't solve the issue you initially highlighted.
I don't know if this was you or a trigger-happy moderator, but personally I would probably revert the "solved" status of this thread as the labeling in the settings in its current form is still misleading.
The DLSS entry called "Ultra Quality" is not DLSS per se, while it is utilizing the Nvidia deep learning tech, it's not DLSS, but rather DLAA and should be labelled accordingly.

@rdalcroft I did some further digging and can conclude that Ultra DLSS isn't DLAA after all, which means that the DLSS Ultra Quality option in the menu could be considered to be correctly named.
While the input and output resolution stays the same, it isn't using the actual DLAA mode of DLSS, see screenshots below.
DLSS "Ultra Quality" (0.6668 render scale)/ rightmost DLSS setting in the menu:
DLAA (1.000 render scale), currently unavailable in the game:
While it's difficult to tell the two freeze frame/screenshots apart or to create identical A/B recordings of it, I perceive the latter as clearer when in motion, especially around the center part of the screen.
The addition of a proper DLAA preset with render scale 1.0 would be preferable.
