Unable to abandon Two player Coop

Hello,

Currently I am experiencing an issue with the Two player Career mode on PC,

My issue is that when I try to abandon the game/saves the game becomes unresponsive, though there is still sound and when I change inputs prompts changes.

I have tried the following to resolve this issue:

Reinstalling the game

Repairing the Game

Deleting the save folder

Clearing cache.

Hoping to resolve this issue.
