Upshift issue
I recently bought a g29 for f1 23 and during a race it lets me downshift but never Upshift, not sure if it’s something in the settings checked firmware update on my pc seems up to date, haven’t even ...

Try toggling the overall difficulty and the auto - manual in the mappings.
Delete the hardware_settings_config.xml and verify Steam files, perform housekeeping on consoles. Try different USB ports and remove other controllers when using a wheel.
I tried to toggle the settings, when switching menus the paddle shifter works it’s just when driving that it does not shift up, I have it in manual and it does not shift up still, I hope it’s not the rig since it’s fresh out of the shelves not even a month use

There is still no indication of the platform you are playing on. G29 is PS/PC.
