Very poor VR perfomance

I'm surprised no one has written about this problem yet. Probably because we weren't used to anything different from F1 22. The game has terrible VR performance. It's blurry and unless you have a really high end machine - I mean really high end (4090) then you can't get the game to run properly in VR. I have a good machine and every sim runs at 90fps with a reasonable resolution on my Reverb G2 except this F1 23.
It just can't be that the game is so poorly optimized. Actually, the entire VR community is waiting for OpenComposite to finally be compatible with F1 23 so that there are opportunities for improvement via OpenXR Toolkit. But the game MUST be made better by the developer.
EA and Codemasters - please. Check out the performance under VR and do something about it!
