I have tried every setting imaginable, new Nvivdia Driver,old driver post process low,motion blur off.I put steam supersample to 200,no effect.For example Jeddah is so meshed up,its unplayable.In benchmark mode,with hmd on,it looks decent and playable,but in time trial the graphs are like psvr 1.Fps stays 90 no matter what i settings i throw at it,but the picture quality is horrible.i712700k,4090,32gram,hp reverb g2 v2.
For a quick fix on your side: Go to the config file (%user%/Documents\My Games\F1 23\hardwaresettings\hardware_settings_config_vr.xml).
With an text editor look for the <antialiasing tag. Set every attribute to "false" or "0".
You won't have anti aliasing anymore, but at least it's not blurry
The game is blurry for lots of people without VR. I'm assuming its the game in general.. lots of PC users complaining about the blurry / smearing visuals including me on PC. I guess we will need to wait for a patch.. I'm on an AMD system by the way so its not just Nvidia.

I have this problem to.
I can set super sampling in steam vr to like 400 % and it still looks the same AND doesnt slow down to a crawl!
This seems to indicate to me that the game is using the desktop resolution, and is applying it to vr, even though it lists a high resolution for vr.
This is a bummer because I can't return the game.
Please sort this EA !!!
The same thing is happening to me with a high end Pc, F1 22 was ok, but F1 23 is painfully BLURRY.
