Whats up with Multiplayer?

Basic question. Everyday I'm spending at least 2 hours to be able to end up in a race. If it is multiplayer ranking race if the lobby is less than 15 people just four seconds before the race starts everyone gets out of the lobby. When the race starts you would be lucky if you are more than three people. On the other hand if you create a multiplayer Grand Prix one guy joins your lobby clicks on ready and suddenly the timer starts there is nothing you can do and the race just starts between two people.

So I have a basic question; are any of you able to make any multiplayer game because it has been 10 days since I'm able to race properly. Or no one is making an erase you're basically just jumping through the lobbies and there's nothing anyone can do even though it says there are 35,000 active players nothing is possible
