But it could possibly be a setting in your TV display settings that could be the reason. As TVs these days have so many setting options. Be sure to check your picture mode. With TVs they will have a game mode. But I’m not sure how that works for PC as they will also have a PC/Graphics mode. Have you looked at your TVs instruction manual to check what settings it recommends
