Do you remember if you did anything in particular before this issue occurred?
Maybe created a new career save game or joined an online session?
Anything that you might know / remember might help us to reproduce the issue.

@EA_rephii Not sure if it helps but I had this issue after finishing races both in Braking Point and in F1 World Series. I don't know if it is related but for some reason, it happens a lot more if I play with the wheel and a lot less if I play with the Xbox controller.

logitec g923 issues aswell
@EA_rephii I used a controller for a braking point mission, and it worked flawlessly. No online connection issues, no save issues, and no load issues. This is looking like a G923 paired with the series S issue.
