In the menu screen of the game, lower left corner (report codes). Try restarting the game between save tries as they are unique session IDs. Also, do housekeeping on the storage in your XBox system software.
Any XBox error codes will be useful, but they are separate and can indicate the kind of problem from the Xbox side if it's not clear from the description.
just happened again in career mode the error code is 1008:H
