Xbox account not Syncing

I have been cloud gaming F1 23 on Xbox for awhile and i finally downloaded it via the EA app, but instead of syncing my progression from Xbox, it gave me a whole new account and now i have to start all over on the game. Please how do i fix this.

    I'm sorry to say, the PC and Xbox versions of the game do not carry over progress and content between them.
