Ensure you have removed all traces (game and data, cloud) of the trial and F1 23 (game and data, cloud) and then try to download again?
Ensure you are running the latest XBox system software and that you are not opted into any Insider builds.
- 3 years ago@SteveJackson Thanks for the reply. Since buying the game I have done a factory reset, so I no longer have the trial downloaded at all. Upon reinstalling the game I ran into the same issues, tried to delete all game data, and issue is still occurring.

My Xbox software is up to date and I’m not a part of insider.I see you’ve tried with controller only as well.
Did you purchase Champions Edition or Standard Game? Champions Edition has dual entitlement so try the XB1 version?
Youve changed resolution and turned off HDR.
You’ve used the EA account you’ve signed in here with on the game and the XBox account link is showing fine when you login to EA?

@SteveJacksonI have only tried with controller (2 of them). I just now tried to start the game with a Logitech G923 but the same issue is happening.
i have the standard edition of the game optimized for series X/S
I’ve changed the resolution, disabled HDR, 4K, 120Hz.
The EA account I’m using to post this shows linked to my correct gamertag that I’m trying to play with on Xbox.
