For practice sessions I drop it considerably. For Qualifying and Race I keep it the same. Normally Qualify exactly where my car performance ranking says. but make up 3-5 places at start. Then have fun chasing those in front down.
Race pace is considerably faster than qualifying pace. Except last few laps when my tyres are dying and the Ai start pushing regardless of how dead their tyres are.
Will say havnt played since patch so not sure how the new Ai speed will effect my current Ai difficulty.
