It would be nice to see a few things such as,
- The pit order changing after seasons,
- Toggle A.I team liveries, eg (classic, old school, vintage, or even one-off special liveries) it's extremely boring racing against the same car
- The gosh darn Calander, the first season should be the same as IRL, ffs let everyone change what race and where after season 1
- {presentation} oh dear, what have you done with it? the pinnacle of motorsport deserves better..
- Let people choose if they want sprint races or not, LOVE SPA but hate Sprint Races. is it that difficult to have an option
- Restrictions on safety car restart, lapped cars,
- PRE-SEASON testing, an in-depth analysis of the season ahead, some NEW interview questions Jesus save us here
- Driver retirements, ON/OFF how can this not be a thing, you either have Fernando Alonso for a season or he retires, all the time you have to leave da space
- Community uploads with a creative incentive, or mod support for console, if YOU can't make it WE WILL.. Full Customization
- Facilites should be 0-5 and a bonus of +1 +2 +3 +4 +5 plus we should be able to See what A.I teams facilities have and along with R&D regulation changes, FACILITES SHOULD BE LOST ALONG THE WAY, make it randomly or have a script where the 9th 6th & 2nd team randomly lose an aero facility etc. you guys love scripts...

UPDATE:
- Alfa Romeo driver suit/gloves & livery is cool anyone playing out their Sauber MYCareer - add Mechanics suits and team suits to your MYteam like in Career mode
- after inevitably crashing out of a MYteam race, why can't we watch the race play out, ie mulitplayer.- the driver transfer market can be manipulated by dashboarding out right after you sign,
- after the first season let everyone choose WHO drives for WHAT team - what livery they run, which helmet they drive with. or from season 1, who cares!
- some of the pit lane speed boards are incorrect - Hungary is 60km the game however thinks its 80km
- The A.I pit strategy (changing conditions/gambling) whatever is going on here seems very suspicious/rubber band like - restrictive, even.

re watching race after retirement: game would need to generate stuff, it's easier just to generate a result 😉
Same reason why we don't have highlights from such race, or "full race" video stops after retirement. And I don't want to start to moan about UDP records.What about something like a team screen for each team, we can see their stats, race starts, podiums, wins, how many teams they've driven for, which teams they drove for and which year, previous champions, (this would be a great interpretation of how to swap drivers to different teams, change their stats) etc - like any other sports game has a history of what has happened in that sport. that is a fair point it is much easier to generate a result
also how about a WET weather driver stat rating?
