848 bug report topics in 7 weeks

Is it not a little bit concerning that there are 848 (and counting) bug report topics on here in just 8 weeks since launch??
That’s over 100 reported problems a week!!

You have to factor in as well that the number of members on here make up a tiny percentage of the games player base, so how many more people are experiencing issues…?

This isn’t a cheap game. Infact, it’s up there as one of the most expensive launch games of all time at £89.99 for a Champions Edition that gave you NOTHING of any value for your extra money and pre-order….

3 days early access? To what, a beta test and build that’s now completely different after 7 patches?

18,000 pitcoin? There’s nothing but 30 pairs of Puma shoes to spend it on!! Where are the helmets and liveries?

eSports liveries!! ….. oh it’s only for Time Trial…. In last year’s game…. that you just uninstalled to make room for the new £89.99 shambles!

Getting a little tired of reporting issues to constantly be told “thanks for you feedback, we’ve passed it on to the dev team”…..

This dev team need to do better!! It’s not good enough and not value for money. I’ve been pre-ordering every year since F1 2010, but I’m appalled by the state of F1 24 and the lack of care and quality testing.
Some of the bugs have been laughable. Like not being able to select wet tyres at the start of wet races? How does that slip through the testers? Did they not play a single wet race before putting this game out and charging an extortionate price??
Sales are dropping in the UK by around 47% year on year, and sadly I won’t be investing any more or my money into the series if this is what they think is acceptable….

@EA_GroguetIt’s consumer feedback from someone that spent £89.99 on the game having supported this series and studio for 15 years…
We are the players and customer and we are allowed to be vocal about our opinion.
The solution is not to tell people that their dissatisfaction is ‘spam’, it’s to address the complaints and improve the game! Suffice to say, if the game was decent, we’d all be playing it right now rather than complaining on the message board!
When players are saying they don’t feel heard or listened to, you’ll get repeating and shouting their complaint repeatedly!
Perhaps you could be doing more to reassure us that the problems are being dealt with instead of just repeating that the feedback has been passed on….? Put some pressure on the team to come and talk to us. Address the issues and concerns properly! Reinstate some good faith amongst the players who are switching the game off and walking away!

@SDGMatt What he meant is that you are posting the same wording within your comments on a daily basis. You have a right to complain, as does everyone that plays the game, but seeing the same comment posted multiple times gets boring and repetitive.

I happen to know that @EA_Groguet passes on every single comment and issue raised on these boards to the Codemasters team and he will continue to do so.

@Cpayne32 So let’s brainstorm. What’s the most effective way of resolving these complaints and negative feedback on here??
It’s not to tell people to stop posting….
Could you guys be doing more to get the devs communicating with us directly to explain some of the decisions made and reasoning behind lack of customisation items in particular?
Constantly saying “thanks for the feedback, we’ve passed it on” is not working and simply adding to a lot of the frustration on here!! It’s contributes to the problem of people feeling ignored. It feels like a copy and paste response with no substance.
If you guys are the community manager/champions, then members will look to YOU to use your initiatives and change things! What can YOU do within your roles to get the devs on here communicating! It’s the official message board and asking for a few lines of dialogue is not too much to ask, but would go a long way!
  • @SDGMatt I completely agree with you.....0 ideas 0 news a copy paste done even badly they have made the game over time from simcade to arcade to a mobile game.....I don't see a good future for this game they have made with fifa the same thing copy paste 2 changes usual advertising made only of words. let's go back to f1 an empty game has become you have no incentive to do a setup they are all the same you have no customization of gameplay or aesthetics I could continue for 2 pages with everything that is not goes and 1 line for what works. I also close after the 24th they have already lost 35% compared to the 23rd well let's still hope so they remove the license they give it away. we want a game not a bug mobile game

You know, sometimes you really have to make a point and get yourself heard in order to get some kind of resolvement. I'm absolutely in favour of that and I for one completely understand the frustration behind the complaints.

This game has obviously just been rushed and released with way too many issues. I have never been as disappointed as this with any previous versions of the game. The lack of content is completely unacceptable.

F122 was quite poor, but at least it had a generous amount of in game customisation and content compared to what we have now.

F123 had a few issues but in my opinion was probably the best one they made, maybe along with F121. In fact come to think of it I absolutely love F123 now.

F124 is simply nothing short of a total calamity. Nothing works at all and to top it all off there is pretty much zero in game customisation.

No one wants to come on here and keep repeating themselves with the same reoccurring complaints.

But when all we hear is "it's been passed on" with no remedial action or very little in the way of any insight to the issues, that's when the frustration comes in.

I want to come on these forums and say "wow amazing game" but what we have this year is the single worst version of the game I've ever experienced.

Best part of £90.00 and absolutely nothing in return.

Honestly things really need to improve. It's just not good enough.

I would absolutely love to eat humble pie in the next few updates.

Come on Codemasters and EA, let's turn this game around and provide your customers with what we have all be asking for.

@IanM282 Great post!! Calling people out for complaining is not fair! We are the consumer that paid £90 for this thing!

The ONLY way to stop people complaining, is to give them nothing to complain about! 🫳🎤
  • @EA_Groguet me and some others have reported UDP telemetry bugs over two weeks ago.

They where not even answered with the "we are looking into it".

    They were straight up ignored.

Last year's game was the same.

    Reported an udp bug.

It got ignored for three whole months.

And then they fixed it without any notice...

Stuff like that is super frustrating.

I made a league software based on the telemetrie and it isn't working properly since 1.6. and you guys aren't even answering the bug reports...

Edit: No one responding to this after a three days kinda proves my point...
