Good day, my ea account (and my google in general) was hacked some months ago, and i believe that's why my f1 account was deactivated, i think that's the case at least, and i had some problems connecting to my ea account because it sent an confirmation code email to some random email as you can see in the attachment, how can i try to get my account activated again to play f124 online? If you no longer have access to the email address registered to the EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
The steps on this page would typically help you update that information, but since you no longer have access to the email itself it'd be best to just scroll to the bottom for the Contact us option. An advisor will need to verify a few account details and should be able to work with you to get things updated from there.
Thanks for your response! But i can't find the "contact us" option on the bottom of the page, only the options like "Browse games", "EA app", "EA help" (wich i can't find a contact us option", "About", "Accessibility" and "Jobs", i must be missing something, can you help me out?
It's down at the bottom, but not so far that you get to the footer, in the dark area below where it says "Still having issues?"
