Adding Player Ability to Set "Outlap" or "In Lap" during Practice and Qualifying

Please give us the ability to set ourselves to "In Lap" or "Out Lap" during all Qualifying and Practice sessions.. AND have the Engineer COMMUNICATE with you when there is a Car on a flying lap that is coming up behind you, or the status of the car in FRONT of you.

It's extremely aggravating to be either;
1. Stuck behind an AI Driver going 40 because they think you're on a flying lap, but you're just getting on track with "Lean Engine and No ERS" set.

2. Getting slammed into from behind by an AI driver because they're on a flying lap, or simply don't care that you exist.
3. Not KNOWING whatsoever someone is on a flying lap BEHIND YOU as they're approaching.
4. Thinking someone is on a flying lap, only for them to come to a stand still 50m later, because you decided to let them past and not knowing what type of lap they are on because they're FLYING up behind you while you're on an In/Out Lap.. And then it becomes a parking lot..

I've watched 3 AI DNF from a session before, because I was on an Out Lap and the lead car decided to slow down before a turn, and the other 2 just SLAMMED into him.

Please.. it'll make practice and qualifying SO much better for the user experience.
It may not be "Realistic" for the engineer to relay that kind of information, but since it's a video game, it would be an extremely helpful bit of information to have relayed to you, so you can avoid the frustration, and a possible major incident.
