AI ERS management seems wrong on final lap

@Hansenhaus This is probably due to the fact that the AI are not fully well programmed with this new ERS system. Before in the race you only have medium and overtake, now you have all of the options available. This may be one of the reasons why the AI form long DRS trains.
@TomasSlb24 you're right. The AI only seems to use the Medium and Overtake modes. I observed this from telemetry data
