big LOGIN issue - please help (also to move into the right section)

Hi EA staff,

from today I'm having weird login issue with the forum -link- (Google Chrome). I have been logged out from yesterday and the login page is the following (only EA login without platforms):

while my account is PSN related, so no way to login. On the other hand Safari (iOS) is still logged in and hopefully still working fine.

I managed to login the same also in Google Chrome with the following workaround:

- open a new sheet

- reach the url of EA Racenet -link-

There the login page is the following:

as you can see the platforms are always there, so that I'm able to login with PSN account.

After that I refreshed the forum link and I'm automatically in.

My fear is that I will be definitely out of the forum if also EA RaceNet changes the login.

Can you please help?

I managed to fix it, I'll update the topic in case anyone else finds themselves in the same situation as me.
I couldn't understand @EA_Groguet ‘s sentence, then I tried it with my son's account and I was able to log in, so I remembered that while with his I had 1) created the EA account and 2) connected the PSN account, with mine I did the opposite.
The workaround was 1) enter the EA account with the only possible way (i.e. via PSN), 2) reset the password. At that point I was able to log in directly with email/password, without using PSN

I can login to EA Racenet today, as you know I couldn't previously.

Hey there @Nuvolarix

That PSN account you are login in with is connected to an EA Account. So, if in the future the PSN option to login doesn't appear, you just need to write your e-mail and password from your EA Account and you will be able to log in without any issue.

@EA_Groguet thank you for reply and for help, I didn't get what you exactly mean, if I try to use my PSN user/pass in the EA login it doesn't work.
How can I login without the PSN option having a PSN account (linked to EA)?

Hey @Nuvolarix

I mean is that in order to play EA games you need to have an EA Account. That means that your PSN account is already connected to an EA Account. If you try to log in with the EA Account that is already connected to your PSN account you will be able to connect without any issues.

Hmm, if I directly go to https://myaccount.ea.com/ the login page is 'with' platforms
here my details with (the only) platform linked
I have been successful to login through PSN button only so far, no way with direct email/password unless trying to reset a password (?) I never had (if not the one working through PSN)...
